Hello. I am visiting family in Florida and was thinking of taking my niece and nephews to Disney but there parents aren’t coming. They live in Florida. Can I get the Florida resident tickets for them? What proof do they need? Thank you

    Hi Nunzio!

How exciting for you to take your niece and nephews to Walt Disney World!  My kids love it when their uncle can join the fun as well.

Florida resident discounted tickets can be purchased for children under 18, however, proof of residency is required when picking up the tickets.  This means their parents have to pick up the tickets in person to show proper Florida ID.  If they live nearby, they can purchase tickets for the kids at any time at any Guest Services located throughout Walt Disney World.  If they are not planning on going to the parks, they can visit the Disney Springs location to do so.  Make a day of it and check out one of the many delicious restaurants!

Proof of Florida residency can be a Florida issued ID card with Florida address, proof of mortgage, car insurance policy or bill, utility bill no more than 2 months old or certain types of mail.

    Have a magical day!
