We will be visiting FL for a fam wedding and will be heading to Disney for 1 day on 6825.. Our boys are 7/4/2 and we are not sure which park would give the most bang for the buck for the one day. any recommendation. We think MK or AK but can't decide.

    Hello, Natalie!

What a great occasion! A family wedding in Florida...and a bonus day in Walt Disney World! Woo hoo!

If you only have one day to spend in Walt Disney World, I highly recommend that you spend that day in Magic Kingdom Park. The iconic Cinderella Castle will be the background of your day; be sure to get a Cast Member to take a picture of the whole family with that beautiful castle in the background. There are so many attractions, shows, parades and fireworks, too, that you'll have a very full day and night. You won't get to see and do it all in one day, but that should give you an idea of "bang for your buck" in this park. If you'd like suggestions for must-sees in this park, send me another question, and I'll advise you of a plan just for your family.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Park is absolutely fantastic, though, so if your boys are real animal-lovers, then you'd surely have a fantastic time there, too. From Kilimanjaro Safari to Rafiki's Planet Watch, there are enough animal-inspired attractions, shows and activities to keep everyone thrilled for the day. This park, however, closes much earlier than the others, so you'll have fewer hours that day to get the fuller bang for your buck.

Send more questions as you think of them! I'd love to help you plan your one day in Walt Disney World! (And give my congratulations to the happy bride and groom, too! Best wishes for a lifetime of magic together!)
