Hi I am visiting at end of May and am trying to arrange a pre registration call for a DAS with a cast member and cannot find a link or page anywhere on the website?? Can you please tell me what to do?

Hi Kate! Thanks for reaching out to us with your important question today.

At this time, International Guests are unable to pre-register for the Disability Access Service ahead of their trip. Instead, once you’ve landed in the United States and have access to the U.S. version of the website, you’ll be able to initiate a call with a friendly Cast Member to determine eligibility. Please note that even if you are at one of the parks, you'll still need to register for this service via live chat, which you can do right on your smartphone!

Did you know that there are a great many other services available at the Walt Disney World Resort to ensure each Guest has equal access to the magic? A lot of times, we only think of the Disability Access Service, but there is so much more. From wheelchair & ECV rentals, to services at the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, to accommodations for Guests with hearing disabilities, and a whole lot more, the resort is committed to ensuring each Guest feels welcomed and included. It's rather inspiring!

When you're at the resort, Kate, be sure to check out the brand-new drone show, Disney Dreams That Soar, debuting for the summer at Disney Springs. The technology used to pull off these types of shows is astounding and I can't wait to experience it myself when I visit in July. Plus, you'll be in Disney Springs, so you'll have access to some of the best shopping and food at the resort when you're there. I can't wait to snack on a DOLE Whip Flight from Swirls on the Water while I take in the music and sights of this soon-to-be classic show. And the best part? You don't even need a theme park ticket to experience it!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.

All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them,
    Matt
