Hello, I will be visiting the end of August and staying at the grand Floridian. Since it's typically very hot, I was thinking about disney's water parks. I wasn't sure if my girls where old enough to enjoy. They are 7,5, & 2. What do u think?

    Greetings Daniel!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you so much for allowing us to help with your vacation planning.

I just returned from a magical visit and went to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park for the first time with my little ones.  They are 2, 4 and 10 and I was a bit apprehensive on whether they would have fun and if it would be too much. Let me tell you, I am so happy we went--it was one of our favorite adventures. There was plenty for all of them to do and they had a blast! The little ones had a splashtastic time at Ketchakiddee Creek and on family favorites like Gangplank Falls, while my older one took a few trips on nearby Keelhaul Falls. We also loved the wave pool, the lazy river and just relaxing in the sand. I highly recommend it. You can even rent a private Beachcomber Shack or Polar Patio (much like a cabana) at the Water Parks to ensure you have plenty of shade and a great place to meet back up.

Have a fantastic time on your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I'd love to help if there are any other questions you come across.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
