We will be visiting in early December. Our flight lands at MCO at 4.30pm on a Sat. We will be using DME and staying at the YC. We would like to book dinner at the BW for that evening - what time would you suggest? How long does it take using DME? Thks

    Hi Stephen,

The Yacht and Beach Club are magnificent properties that share one of the best locations of all the resorts.  The ability to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios in addition to the nightly entertainment at the Boardwalk are sure to make your trip "extra" magical!

The folks at Magical Express estimate that from the time you arrive at the counter to check-in to arrival at your resort can take between one and two hours.  In my experience, this is a very conservative estimate.  While times are approximate, and can vary based upon the number of resorts your bus stops at on the way to the Yacht Club and traffic, I would say a bit over an hour is more realistic.  I have had trips where I was at the front desk exactly 60 minutes from the time I disembarked the plane, and others that were closer to 75 minutes. (Most of these trips involved a "potty break" at the airport, too.)  Remember, by using Magical Express, you will be able to bypass baggage claim at the airport, which is a huge time saver.  Assuming your plane lands I time, I'd say a safe bet for a dinner reservation on the Boardwalk is 7:30.  This will give you time to check in, drop your carry on bags in your room (since you are arriving after check in time) and walk over to the restaurant of your choice. (Just a reminder, your checked bags from the plane will be delivered to your room several hours after you arrive at your resort, so be sure to take whatever you may need with you in your carry-ons.)

    Have a wonderful vacation!
