    I am visiting DWD 4 1st fam trip with 2 dd (2) in May. Are the weekends usually busy if it's not a hiliday weekend?

    Hi Katharine!
    Oh, how exciting to be planning your first trip to Walt Disney World. Your girls are very lucky indeed! As to crowd levels, May is a pretty reasonable time of year to visit becuase the Easter crowds are gone and Spring Break has ended for most of the country. That said, Walt Disney World is NEVER empty. Even with lighter crowds, Saturdays and Sundays tend to be two of the busier days of the week for two main reasons. First, most families are beginning or ending their trips with visits to the theme parks, and most people travel Saturdays and/or Sundays. Second, weekends bring in more locals than during the week. Either way, I do not think that crowds will be that overwhelming, weekends or not, for your upcoming trip.
