We will be visiting DW in September and doing the 4 parks/4 days. Doing MK/EP/AP/HS in that order. Is Disney Springs a separate pay to enter park? Or just an area to go to with shopping and entertainment?

    Hi Marc,

Every visit to Walt Disney World should include a visit to Disney Springs, a center for shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a great place to spend the day or to visit after a day in the parks. There's no admission charge or parking fee at Disney Springs.

Looking for entertainment? You can bowl at Splitsville, catch a movie at AMC Movies at Disney Springs 24, see Cirque du Soleil La Nouba or take in the performers on the Marketplace Stage. Shopping includes the huge World of Disney store, clothing for the family at stores such as Uniqlo and specialty shops for Christmas, toys, super heroes and more.

The dining is the highlight of Disney Springs for my family. We love the new spots such as Frontera Cocina, Morimoto Asia and Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' along with old favorites such as Raglan Road or Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe.

For quick service dining or an adult libation, we're big fans of the new Polite Pig and of Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marc. Please let us know if you would like any further recommendations on dining, shopping or entertainment at Disney Springs. Enjoy!
