We are visiting DW Nov.19-25 of 2011 and very excited! Im wondering which park may have fewer crowds on the Thanksgiving holiday days? i.e would MK be more full on days off of school than HS or AK? Which park may be better to go prior to end wk holiday?

Joseph, my man! You're making it too hard for yourself. When I think even half as much as you did, it hurts. That's why I leverage the research prowess of TouringPlans.com. Check out the site's crowd calendar for forecasted crowd levels as well as recommendations for which parks to visit and which parks to avoid.

That being said, the parks will be packed around Thanksgiving, so it's important to come up with a good touring plan before you get to the parks. The early bird definitely catches the worm - get up early and get to the parks before they open to have the most productive experience.
