Visiting DW 30june-14july. What is moms opinion on EMH during this time? Would we be better to go early to parks without EMH? Thanks mom value your views!

    Hi Yvonne,

Everyone has different opinions on extra magic hours (EMH), personally I avoid them as much as possible, in my experience the EMH parks always seem to be more crowded than the other parks. My personal plan of attack is to get to my chosen non-EMH park for just before it opens, go straight to my favourite attraction, get a fast pass and then ride too. We've found that in the first hour of park time we can normally get a lot of rides done before the crowds arrive and have a few fast passes to use later too.

I see you're from my side of the pond so you will probably suffer with jet lag the first few days, please make sure you don't push yourself too hard and go back to your hotel for an afternoon rest to get yourself on to Florida time. I like to take advantage of this by booking a really early breakfast in the parks on the first morning, it's fantastic to start your trip strolling through a nearly empty park :-)

Have a great trip and if I can help with anything else you can ask me a question via my profile under meet the moms,
