    Will be visiting DW 3/16-3/21, would like to find out what rides are closed for refurbishment during that time. Thanks! Counting down the days!!

    Hi Tammy!

    There's nothing more upsetting than planning your Walt Disney World vacation around favorite attractions, only to find out that they are closed for rehab or refurbishment!  Thankfully, WDW alerts their guests ahead of time, so that you can plan accordingly!

    For the third week of March, scheduled refurbishments and closures are as follows:
    Epcot:  Character Spot;
    Magic Kingdom: Splash Mountain (until April); Main Street Bakery (converting to Starbucks).
    Hollywood Studios: Sounds Dangerous
    Animal Kingdom: Beastly Bazaar.

    Please note that Disney reserves the right to change this list as your vacation approaches.  Make sure you check the Park Hours page, which will list the refurbs that are scheduled for WDW.

    Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
