We r visiting during Halloween this year. I was wondering if we r allowed to have inflatables (3 1/2 feet) on the balcony or inside the windows? Thanks. Margaret

Greetings from planDisney, Margaret and Happy Halloween!

Celebrating the spookiest time of the year at the Walt Disney World Resort adds extra Ghoulish fun and I hope you're excited for your visit! Make sure to take some extra time when you're strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. to check out the beautiful fall-inspired decor. The Cinderella pumpkins are my favorite!

Now, Margaret, let's talk about decorating your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room. The general Walt Disney World Property Rules do note that items should not be hung over the balconies. While inflatables aren't specifically mentioned, I do believe it's possible the inflatable would be considered prohibited because it has the potential to droop, so I would strongly advise against displaying your inflatable on the balcony. However, many guests love to decorate their windows to reflect the season or their own celebrations, so as long as your inflatable doesn't block the entrance to your room and is only displayed through the window, I say ENJOY!

Margaret, I hope this helps as you're getting ready for some Halloween fun at the Most Magical Place on Earth. In addition to the decor, be on the lookout for some seasonal treats! I love to see (and eat) the creative sweets that pop up all around the Walt Disney World Resort.

If you have any other questions, please come on back to planDisney where we love to help guests even more than Winifred Sanderson loves the smell of children. Wishing you a not-so-scary stay!
