Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
So great to hEAR that you’ll be going to the Walt Disney World Resort later this year. November is a great time to visit because you get to see the Christmas decorations and experience all the entertainment and treats that come along with the season. Definitely stay tuned to
Disney Parks Blog so you'll be in the know when your vacation begins!
Jennifer, with a Theme Park view room, you should be able to see some portion of
Magic Kingdom Park. When it comes to potentially viewing the fireworks, that will depend on where your room is within the resort. Since the fireworks are so big, hopefully you would be able to see them in some way from your room! When you arrive to
Disney's Contemporary Resort to check-in, definitely go to the front desk to speak with a Cast Member about your specific room, where it's located, and the view. I can’t promise anything, but I think it’s worth the ask!
If you’re looking to do something special during one of the fireworks shows, you could rent one of the
motorized boats on the marina one evening. This could be a fun activity for the family and a way to experience the Walt Disney World Resort in a different capacity! And remember that there is a brand new show in
EPCOT called
Harmonious. If you and your party are in EPCOT or you have
Park Hopper tickets, you could see that show as well. With EPCOT being a monorail ride away, this could be another great way to see some fireworks.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your trip later this year. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
