We will be visiting DT Disney one day with my parents. My mom has trouble walking any type of distance and I'm concerned once we get off the bus how she will get to Chef Smith's for our reservation. Is there any type of assistance she can get?

    Hi Missy,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

If your mom has trouble walking long distances, then renting an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) might be a really good option for her when you visit Disney Springs. I’m pleased to say that you can absolutely rent an ECV there, just like in the Theme Parks. The rental location is right near the second Disney Springs bus stop (not the Marketplace but the “Springs” one) near the Coca Cola Store

I hope my answer helps you plan a vacation that meets everyone’s needs, including your mom’s! As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
