Hello. We are visiting DLR for the first time in just a few weeks and are staying at Paradise Pier Hotel. I have a couple of picky eaters and was wondering if there are mini-fridges in the Standard Rooms. Also, does management allow grocery delivery?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary. I'm so glad to hEAR you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort for the first time and staying at the Paradise Pier Hotel. There are many benefits of staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, but an invaluable perk is being able to enter one of the theme parks an hour early during Extra Magic Hour, before the park opens to the general public!

Every standard room at the Paradise Pier Hotel has a mini-fridge. It is useful to store small amount of perishables or to keep drinks cool. And you can order grocery to be delivered to the Paradise Pier Hotel. Vons is a popular one that Guests who stay in the Anaheim resort area use and recommend. Prior to our most recent Disneyland Resort trip, I've also looked into using Amazon for grocery delivery too. When your shipment has arrived, the hotel will contact you for pick up at Bell Service. Keep in mind that the mini-fridges do not have a freezer section, so please order your grocery accordingly.

I hope this information is helpful for you as you continue to plan your upcoming first trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, Mary. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

    Sending you Pixie Dust,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
