    Hi! We are visiting DL for the first time in October 2012, can you tell me is Goofy's kitchen best at breakfast or dinner? Any other character dining info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

    I am so excited to hear that you are planning your first Disneyland vacation. You have picked the perfect time to visit, since "The Happiest Place on Earth is getting even HAPPIER" this summer with the opening of Cars Land and Buena Vista Street at Disney California Adventure.

    Goofy's Kitchen is a lively character dining experience conveniently located in the newly renovated Disneyland Hotel and happens to feature one of my favorite Disneyland Breakfasts. I think you'll really enjoy the fun and whimsical offerings such as the Peanut Butter and Jelly Breakfast Pizzas and yummy Mickey Waffles, as well as a fruit bar and omelet station.

    Goofy's is also fabulous for dinner and is less crowded.  The buffet features something for everyone...even the pickiest eaters and includes freshly carved meats, pastas, salads, soups, and more!  I would probably go for dinner over breakfast at this location, but honestly, you really won't go wrong either way!

    I have taken the liberty of sharing my favorite character dining experiences with you below!  You can now make Disneyland Dining reservations up to 60 days in advance by emailing your request to Dine@Disneyland.com.  Be sure to include the desired location, date, party size, name, and phone number.  You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.  You can also still call Disneyland Dining at (714)781-DINE.
