    We are visiting DL in just a couple of weeks. As WDW veterans, we love watching the fireworks from the balcony or restaurant at the Contemporary. Is there a similar place to get reservations at DL for any of the evening shows there or at CA?

    I’m so excited that you’ll be visiting the Disneyland Resort very soon! I think you’re going to fall in love with the magic, wonder and history of Walt Disney’s original theme park here on the West Coast.

    I think the best restaurant for viewing Disneyland Park’s nighttime fireworks spectacular is Carthay Circle Restaurant, the romantic dining location on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Disney’s reproduction of the Carthay Circle Theatre, which played an important role in the life of Walt Disney because it’s where his first feature-length film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, premiered in the mid-1930s. The décor of Carthay Circle Restaurant reflects the glamour of Hollywood's Golden Age and pays homage to Walt and his work. Reserve a table for a late dinner on one of the open-air terraces to enjoy an amazing view of the fireworks that launch above Sleeping Beauty Castle while you dine on world-class California-inspired cuisine. You may also want to look into purchasing one of the World of Color dining packages, which include tickets to premier reserved viewing locations for the one-of-a-kind water show.
