Hi, we're visiting disneyworld in the first week of December. Based on crowd calendars, this week usually has low-medium crowds. We have noticed there seems to be very little available resort accom. Is there an event on that we are unaware of?

    Hi Linda,

Early December is among my family's favorite times to visit Walt Disney World. We combine a celebration of my husband's birthday with a chance to take in all the holiday happenings throughout the parks and resorts. In our experience of visiting during that week over the last 20 years, we have found crowds to be low to medium, as you described.

I've searched numerous places and I can't find any special events in the area that would seem out of the ordinary. I just booked our room for that week and found a decent selection, so I'm hoping for your sake and mine that the crowds are as we have come to expect that week.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Wishing you a magical December vacation!
