Hi, Laura! Head over to Things to Do/Make Reservations section at Disneyworld.com. Put in your date, time, and party size. I think you will be surprised at how many locations have availability. I just tried a random day of your vacation week, and great options were open both inside parks (Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios and Chefs de France in Epcot) as well as at resorts (Cape May at the Beach Club and Whispering Canyon Café at Wilderness Lodge). Be flexible with your location choices and times and you will have quite a few choices. While your favorites and usual spots might be booked, try someplace new! You just might find a new favorite dining location in Walt Disney World! Cathy
