Hi all! I am visiting Disneywoorld in July. Part of our group will include a 4 year old and 5 year old who no longer use strollers. I am anticipating needing one and I was contemplating a sit and stand or should I use a conventional double stroller?

    Hi Nicole,

Thanks for your question!  I would recommend renting a double stroller at the parks.  Since you are not traveling with an infant or toddler it might be more convenient to utilize the strollers that Disney will provide.  I have found that although the rental strollers aren't built for long-term napping comfort (they are a hard molded plastic) they are extremely easy to maneuver when you have older children as passengers.  This way you can limit the amount of "stuff" you have to bring with you - and rent the stroller on an as-needed basis.

The strollers are available at each of the theme parks as well as Downtown Disney.  Currently it costs $31 per day for a double stroller rental.  If you purchase a multiple day rental there is a discounted price of $27 per day.

    Hope this helps!
