    Hi... visiting Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort 19th September 2019... I have ordered some ears to be delivered for when we get there, but ... they have dispatched them! Will CBR hold onto the package for me, seller has put our arrival date on package

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am excited to see that your holiday is nearly here! Your countdown is well and truly on!  I often organise packages (of ears, or other Mickey delights) to be delivered to my Disney Resort hotel prior to my arrival.  I would normally have them delivered a little closer to my arrival date (ideally the week before), but I am sure they will hold your parcel for you.  It sounds as if you have addressed it correctly, indicating your arrival date on the label.  You might like to give them a call just to check that they will hold it for you - the direct line for Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort when calling from the UK is 00-1-407-934-3400.  Please know that there is now a handling fee of $6 (subject to change) for receiving packages at your hotel, and this will be added to your room charge account.  Details of all the Mail Services at Walt Disney World can be seen here.

    If you are staying for more than ten days, you may see the opening of the Disney Skyliner!  This is a brand new transportation system running from your Disney Resort hotel to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, offering you amazing views above Walt Disney World while you make your way to your destination.
