Hey there, hi there, Jason! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us a great question!
I am happy to share that I think you and your family will be able to have a magical visit to Disneyland and you will be able to enjoy attractions and the rest of the park just fine with a mobility scooter. Disneyland Resort welcomes plenty of
Guests in mobility scooters or ECVs, wheelchairs, and more, so you should be able to navigate the park with your party without any issues. I do recommend taking some time to check out how different attractions work for Guests with mobility devices. Both the Disneyland website and
Disneyland app have an
Attractions filter for Mobility Disabilities.
There are very few attractions that require a Guest to be ambulatory. The rest will indicate if you need to transfer to the ride vehicle or transfer to a wheelchair, depending on your needs. For the majority of the attractions, you should be able to go through the queue in your mobility scooter. You will see a Cast Member at the start of each queue who will be able to give you instructions on how to proceed. I do know a lot of the queues in Fantasyland are the exception and for those you will be given a return time to enjoy the attraction. This gives you plenty of time to break for snacks! Be sure to check out the
Foodie Guide for the 70th Celebration, there are some really fun items to try!
Jason, I hope this information was helpful to you. Be sure to stop by again if you have any other questions. You'll also find Guest Relations kiosks throughout the parks with helpful Cast Members should you have any issues or questions. See you real soon!
