I will be visiting Disneyland in September and using a DAS pass. My cousin is buying the tickets. Is it possible to link them to both of our accounts? She has a little baby so we may split up sometimes. Thanks :)

Hiya, Melissa! Thanks for bringing another question to planDisney!

Your September visit to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here before you know it… time to get excited! It sounds like you’re planning to register for Disability Access Service (DAS), and would like to ensure that your group is linked together for your Disney day. I’m happy to report that not only can you link your tickets together by using the Disneyland app, but you can also link your group with your DAS. To do this, you’ll want to make sure that you and your cousin both download the Disneyland app. Then, once your cousin purchases your theme park tickets, she can share the ticket information with you so you can also add the tickets to your Disneyland app. Simply go to “Tickets and Passes” and click on the “+” sign in the upper right corner to select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can then scan the barcode for each ticket, or enter the ID numbers manually.

Next, you can pre-register for DAS ahead of time by using DAS Advance, which includes a live online chat with a Cast Member about the reason you’re requesting DAS. If approved, you’ll have the chance to book up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences, subject to availability. This is in addition to the regular DAS benefit of making return-time selections throughout your day using the Disneyland app.

The other option is to wait and register for DAS when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. You can register in-person at City Hall (in Disneyland Park), Chamber of Commerce (in Disney California Adventure Park), or any Guest Information location.

Once you’ve been approved and completed your DAS registration, DAS will show up on your Disneyland app and on your cousin’s app. Just keep in mind that you’ll always need to be present when using DAS, since it’s registered under your theme park ticket.

I hope this information helps, Melissa! Wishing you and your family a magical visit to Disneyland Resort next month!

    See ya’ real soon,
