I am visiting Disneyland in a party of 6. One of the nights we want to split up for dinner reservations. How can I make 2 reservations for the same night if we are all under one reservation?

    Hi Jenn!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!

Oh boy! I love that you'll be visiting Mickey's house with your own crew of Mouseketeers so soon! This is a great question. Mainly because the foodie culture at Disney's Parks has spun off into its own adventure, and it sounds like your group wants to explore different tastes. (I like to say that Disneyland could probably now be called an Eat Park, too!)

Currently, dining reservations at Disneyland Resort are not connected to each Guest or an entire party; rather each reservation only connects to the individual reservation-maker. (For example, each reservation will say "Jenn + 5 guests". "Jenn + 2 Guests.", etc.) All you'll need to do to split a group into multiple dining locations around the same time is to have one person in the party book the first reservation with their My Disneyland Account, and someone else (who will ideally be dining at the second location) book the second reservation with their profile.

Bonus Tip: Did you know that the brand new Disney Genie+ add-on includes all of your Disney PhotoPass on-ride and with-photographer photos captured on each day of G+ purchase? Now you can all be in the pictures and leave the picture taking to the professionals!

I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Jenn! Be sure to check out the official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
