Hiya, Amrah, and thanks for bringing your wonderful question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your
Disneyland Resort vacation is almost here, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! You’re going to love experiencing the Happiest Place on Earth with your little one for the first time!
Yes, I’m happy to report that you may bring in baby food for your Mouseketeer. As per the
Disneyland Resort Rules, baby food in small glass jars is allowed, but no other types of glass containers are allowed. Just keep in mind that any diaper bags, backpacks, or coolers can’t exceed 24” long x 15” wide by 18” high. Also, if you do bring food in a cooler, I recommend using re-usable ice packs, since loose ice isn’t allowed.
As the mom of three Mouseketeers under the age of 8, I have been bringing a diaper bag to the parks with me for quite some time now. I typically bring along my son’s favorite baby food pouches, granola bars, crackers, and fruit snacks. I also bring each of my children’s water bottles, and fill them throughout the day at a filtered-water station or quick-service restaurant.
You’ll also love the convenience and comfort of the Baby Care Centers, located in each theme park! In
Disneyland Park, you’ll find the Center at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., and in
Disney California Adventure Park, the Center is located on Pacific Wharf. Head over to a Center whenever it’s time to feed or change your little one, or just take a break. They even have tiny toilets when it's time for potty training! You can also purchase baby necessities such as diapers, wipes, and sunscreen.
Other helpful resources are available for families in the Disneyland Resort, including
rental strollers and
lockers. Also, here's the
Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day, so you can start mapping out your magical adventures!
Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… I’m all EARs!
