Hey there, Alejandra! Thanks so much for coming by planDisney with your question. How excited you must be to be arriving at the Happiest Place on Earth this week.
You’re a wonderful mom to be thinking about how to give your son the best possible experience at
Disneyland Resort. Given you are within two days of your visit, you’ll need to visit Guest Services upon arrival to inquire about
Disability Access Service (DAS.) At Disneyland Park you can visit City Hall, which you’ll see as soon as you enter the park. If your son qualifies for
DAS, they will help you get registered and make your first attraction selection.
Alejandra, for future reference, when you are within 2-30 days of your visit you can
request a live chat using DAS Advance. This way you can start the registration process prior to your arrival and make two attraction selections in advance per day of your visit. For this visit, as you are within two days already, you won’t be able to leverage DAS Advance. But, no worries, Guest Services will be very helpful to get you started once you arrive.
Wishing you a magical trip, filled with lifetime memories.
