Greetings Sarah!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You’re just a couple weeks away from your Disneyland Resort vacation! How exciting! Also a big congratulations on your pregnancy! I know snacks are important when you're six months pregnant and I’m here to help!
Great news! You are welcome to bring food inside the parks. Just make sure your cooler doesn’t exceed 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high and does not contain glass containers and any loose or dry ice as those items are
not permitted. A reusable ice pack is recommended to keep food and drinks cool.
As a fellow vegan, I can understand your concern about having enough to eat while visiting the Disneyland Resort. I can assure you, even if you leave the snacks at home, you won't go hungry! A few of my favorite plant-based snacks at Disneyland are Mickey-shaped
pretzels, cinnamon pretzels,
DOLE WHIP,
popcorn and pickles.
Hungry for more? Visit the
Black Spire Outpost on the Planet of Batuu. There you’ll find flavored popcorn at
Kat Saka’s Kettle, the Ronto-less Garden Wrap at
Ronto Roasters and Blue and Green Milk at the
Milk Stand. For a heartier meal, head to
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo where you’ll find the Felucian Kefta & Hummus Garden Spread, one of my favorite meals in all of the galaxy!
Everything I’ve mentioned is vegan as-is with no modification necessary. Many other dishes can be modified to accommodate a
plant-based diet. Simply as a Cast Member if you have a question about a particular dish not specified as being plant-based.
Sarah, bring snacks if you like, but I suggest you come hungry! Eating my way around Disneyland is one of my favorite things to do! There is so much delicious vegan food to choose from, I often can't decide what to eat!
Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with additional questions! We’re all EARS!
