We are visiting Disneyland on May 24th and 25th. Grad nights are May 23rd and 25th. Does that mean that the park might be more crowded on the 23rd and 25th or the 24th and 26th? Do they get to be in the park all day and night or the night and the next day?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Haley. Thanks for stopping by with your questions!

During Grad Night celebrations, seniors arrive to the Disneyland Resort and are able to spend the day park-hopping between California Adventure and Disneyland Park. Then, after California Adventure closes to the general public, seniors have their own private party from 10pm until 2am. A vast majority of them will immediately hop back onto buses after 2am and return home. Based on 2016 Grad Night dates, you'll encounter slightly larger crowds of high school seniors on May 23rd and May 25th.

I hope this information is helpful as you plan your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. If you have further questions, please visit me on the Panel again.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
