Hi there, Danielle!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. It seems like just yesterday my preschooler was two years old visiting the Disneyland Resort. This is such a magical age for kids to experience the parks. I loved watching my son get excited about his favorite Characters and experiencing his first "thrills" on attractions. While she won't necessarily remember all the magic of your trip, you certainly will never forget it!
Since children under three years old do not need a
park ticket you will not need to bring anything for her at the gates when you arrive to show proof of age. Just let the Cast Member know that she is two years old. Make sure you come prepared with everything you will need for the day. Bring any diapers, wipes, change of clothing, layers for cooler evenings, hats, sunscreen, and anything else to comfort your little one if they need it during the day. I love using the convenient
Locker Rentals in the parks for extra snacks and necessities. You should also definitely check out the
Baby Care Centers in each park. These offer spaces to feed, nurse, or change infants and toddlers as well as tiny toilets for potty-trainers. Another necessity for my little one is a pair of noise-cancelling ear muffs. I put these on him if he falls asleep in his stroller to block the sound of fireworks or loud music.
I hope this helps, and please return with any other questions you may have. Have a Fantasmic day!
