visiting Disneyland the first of December with my daughters family. We have different accounts and want to link them to make it easier for virtual queues. At disney world we were able to do link them this year. Is that not available at Disneyland

    Hi there, Kyle!

I’m so glad you stopped by planDisney with this question. It sounds like you’re planning a trip with some special people, and there’s something extra magical about visiting the Happiest Place on Earth when it’s also the merriest place! I just love when the theme parks have holiday-themed decor, attractions, food and entertainment.

Linking to your family for a Disneyland Resort vacation works a bit differently than you may be used to when planning trips to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. However, it’s still super easy to do! Download and open the Disneyland mobile app, and tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol.  Tap “Link Tickets & Passes” and you’ll be able to scan the barcode for each family member’s ticket with your smartphone’s camera or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. Once the tickets are added in your app, you’ll be able to do things like make theme park reservations for you all or create a boarding group for your party to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disneyland Park!

I hope this answers your question, Kyle. Have a perfectly pixie-dusted family vacation! Please send us more questions as you continue planning more details of your visit.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
