We will be visiting Disneyland in a few months and will be staying at a Disney resort. When purchasing souvenirs, can they be sent back to our hotel or do we need to carry them or rent a locker?

    Greetings Elizabeth!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so happy you are eagerly planning your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel has so many benefits, such as Extra Magic Hours, amazing service from Disney Cast Members, stunning accommodations and pools, as well as wonderful restaurants on hotel property. Another benefit you will be happy to learn about is the Package Express service. As you make your purchases throughout the Disneyland Resort theme parks or Downtown Disney District, just ask the Cast Member assisting you while checking out to help utilize this delivery service to your Disneyland Resort Hotel.

There is also another option if you do not want to carry your souvenirs during the day. Disneyland Resort's complimentary package check service will hold your purchases for you at the following locations:
    • Disneyland Resort Stroller Shop
    • Elias & Company in Disney California Adventure Park
    • Pioneer Mercantile at Disneyland Park
    • The Star Trader at Disneyland Park

I love all of these options, because I can focus on making memories and not worry about holding or looking after my purchases. Plus it keeps my hands free for more taking pictures or eating more delicious Disney treats.

I hope this helps, and I can't wait for you to experience the magic of the Disneyland Resort!
