Visiting Disneyland end of September 27 - Oct 3rd. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children, Our 6 year old has allergies to tree nuts, dairy and eggs. Is there a list of food places she will be able to eat and enjoy her vacation. Thank you.

    Welcome, Nancy!

It’s so wonderful to hEAR your family will be visiting the Disney Parks on the other coast! Vacationing at the Disneyland Resort is such a wonderful treat, full of history, nostalgia, and a big dose of Disney magic!

Thanks for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's very important to the Disneyland Resort that guests have a variety of delicious and healthy dining options. Due to the large volume of meals served at the Disneyland Resort, vendors and suppliers frequently substitute products, update menu items and change preparation methods. Therefore, to receive the most current information, it is important to speak to a Cast Member when you arrive at each location.

When making reservations at table service restaurants, be sure to note special dietary needs, including food allergies. When you arrive at a restaurant, you may ask to speak with the chef or restaurant manager about any specific questions you may have. This is particularly useful at Character Dining experiences and other buffets so that appropriate items can be pointed out or even prepared specially in the kitchen. Many quick service restaurants have allergy-friendly menus online and in the Disneyland app. You may also email the Disneyland Resort Special Diets team with any specific question or concern.

Bon appétit, Nancy! Please feel free to come by with any more questions you may have.
