Hello, Tamara! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You are absolutely going to love your visit to the
Disneyland Resort during the Holidays! The holiday splendor knows no bounds here and you will be dazzled at every turn. It looks like the
schedule is just starting to fill in for early December. Typically, hours and entertainment schedules are released 30-45 days in advance. As of today, park hours are posted through December 4, 2017. So in the next day or so, you should have a pretty good idea of the operating schedule for your travel dates.
You will also be able to see the times for the Christmas Fantasy Parade and the "Believe...in Holiday Magic" Fireworks Spectacular. Additionally, you will want to make note of the "it's a small world" Holiday lighting! The attraction facade is completely lit up at night and it is truly breathtaking.
At this time, complete details about the Candlelight Processional haven't been released yet. In years past, however, this event has taken place the first weekend in December with performances twice per night on Saturday and Sunday. This event is a little different than the Candlelight Processional at the Walt Disney World Resort in that it's a bit of an intimate affair. Seating is usually invitation only, but Guests can stand and watch from other areas around Town Square, though space is rather limited. Keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for further information and check the entertainment schedule as your dates approach to confirm exactly when the Candlelight Processional will take place.
I hope you have a very merry visit to the Happiest Place on Earth this December!
