    Visiting Disneyland & DCA end of July 2025 & saw the Incredicoaster scheduled for closure July 28th. Does this mean the ride will close at the end of the day on July 28th for refurbishment or is it closed that whole day?

    Hi Brynna,

    Thanks for visiting planDisney! You sound like a seasoned Disney planner yourself. It’s always a great idea to check the Disneyland Hours & Events Calendar to see which attractions may be closed for refurbishment during your visit.

    If an attraction is listed as closed, it will typically remain closed for the entire day. Single-day closures can change, so be sure to check the schedule again as your visit approaches. The calendar usually displays dates up to six weeks in advance and can be accessed online or through the Disneyland app.

    When using the app:

    * Tap the three bars on the bottom right,
    * Scroll down to “Park Hours & Info,”
    * Then scroll further to “Closed for Refurbishment” for the latest updates.

    When using the website:

    * Switch to “Day View,”
    * Select your desired date,
    * Scroll to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, then find the “Closed for Refurbishment” section.

    While you're enjoying your vacation, don’t forget that Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration will be taking place! My fellow panelists and I had the chance to see some of the entertainment together, and it was incredible. I highly recommend watching Paint the Night and Wonderous Journeys, and Tapestry of Happiness from the “it’s a small world” area. It’s a fantastic view!

    Also, don’t miss fellow panelist Cody, as he chats with guests about the amazing food created just for the celebration. If you have a sweet tooth, try the 70th Celebration Strawberry Shortcake Macaron at Jolly Holiday—it was my favorite dessert!

    I hope this was helpful, Brynna! If you have any more questions or need more planning tips, feel free to reach out again. I’d be honored to help add a little extra magic to your trip.

    Have a magical trip!
