Visiting Disneyland this coming Oct2015, what do I need to do to have Mickey Mouse come to our dinner table and sing happy birthday to my kids? Even thought it's not their birthdays it's like a late celebration, since we're coming from Kansas. Thanks

    Hello Josefina!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a magical week.

Visiting Disneyland Resort is a perfect way to celebrate your birthdays! Booking a character meal would be your best bet to see the Chief Mouse in Charge during your meal, but unfortunately there isn’t enough Pixie Dust to get a song out of him. He has to save his voice for all of the shows and parades he puts on during the day for all of the guests.

One of my favorite places for character dining is the Plaza Inn located in Disneyland Park. It is where I’ve spotted Mickey, Minnie and their friends the most often, but please note that the characters that show up are always changing so you never know who you will find!

To celebrate birthdays in style I suggest heading to guest services to pick up a complimentary birthday button. Your kids can wear these throughout the visit and Cast Members will often give them good wishes for their special day!

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
