Hello, I will be visiting Disneyland in California at the end of June and beginning of July. My husband purchased park tickets as well as parking tickets. I was wondering if it was possible to cancel the parking tickets and have a refund?

Hi Caroline! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

Your visit will be here before you know it. I bet you're excited! Since you're visiting during the summer, be sure to pack sunscreen, sunglasses, light clothing, and refillable water bottles. It can get pretty warm and you'll need to stay hydrated! A great way to beat the heat in the afternoon is with a dip in the pool, so you might want to pack your swimsuits too.

Pre-paid Theme Park Parking is non-refundable according to Disneyland Resort's terms. I know that's not the news you were hoping for, but the voucher is good for 24 months from the date of purchase. So, even if you don't intend on using it on this visit, you could still present the voucher on a future visit. It's a generous expiration policy, however, I realize a Disneyland Resort trip might not be a yearly experience for you, coming all the way from Canada. If you have questions or concerns about your Parking Voucher, I'd suggest giving the helpful Cast Members a call at Guest Information. I'm sure they'd be happy to assist you in any way they can.

    Have a magical day!
