Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Mitch. We're so glad you stopped by to share your question with us. Oh boy! A visit to the Disneyland Resort is in your future and I'm delighted to help you prepare.
I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming magical visit! At this time there are no scheduled special events (that require an additional ticket) taking place during your visit. In fact, you will be visiting in between two festive seasons at the resort.
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort will wrap up on October 31st and the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort will start on November 15th.
You may slowly start seeing
holiday décor around the resort during your visit and then on November 15th, it will be fully decked in its holiday best. Seeing the Holiday Tree tower over Town Square as soon as you walk in is truly something to marvel at. You will be there on the first day of the season and will get to experience everything firsthand - how exciting! Keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blog as we get closer to your visit for additional details. My favorite seasonal treat is a Mickey gingerbread cookie. Many Guests look forward to these all year long, so be sure to grab at least one to try.
Well, Mitch, I hope this has been helpful. Please come back to visit us with any other questions you might be curious about as you continue to plan. Here's wishing you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Michelle
