Anna from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello. We will be visiting Disneyland and California Adventure later this week and my son has Type1 Diabetes. Is there nutritional values (specifically carb counts) listed anywhere for the food vendors/restaurants anywhere? Thank you!

    Hey Anna!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing a question our way!

I’m so happy that you are heading to the Disneyland Resort soon! I can’t wait for you and your son to experience the magic of “The Happiest Place on Earth!”

The Disneyland Resort is the perfect place to visit when you have specific dietary requirements. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and tasty food! While there is not a master list of nutritional values for you to review before your trip, when you arrive at a dining location ask a Cast Member to provide an ingredient list for your review. When dining at a table service restaurant, you may ask to speak to a chef prior to ordering. They will discuss the food options that meet your son’s dietary requirements.

I hope you both find some tasty treats to enjoy during your visit! Please head back to planDisney if you think of any more questions!
