We are visiting Disneyland, Anaheim on 4/19/24 and I would like reserve a spot for our group to watch the fireworks. Is this possible and is there a cost?

    Hello, Jeanette!

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. I bet your group is excited about your upcoming trip. It is less than two weeks away!

Reserved viewing for fireworks in Disneyland Park is only available at Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace at this time. The Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace offers a spectacular view of both Tomorrowland and the fireworks when they are on display. It is also a great spot to relax in the evenings, as Guests can come and go as they please from 6:30 PM until 10:00 PM. Food is also included! Various snacks and desserts inspired by the Space Age are offered, such as cold sandwiches, composed salads, pastries, and chocolate. Each person in the party must purchase a dining package to enter the area and will receive a themed credential with a lanyard as a souvenir. Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. Since it is close to your arrival date, the Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace might not be available. Keep checking the website, as cancellations often occur.

I also like to watch fireworks from Main Street, U.S.A! From there, I am fully immersed in the nighttime spectaculars by the projections lighting up Main Street, U.S.A. and Sleeping Beauty Castle. Another favorite viewing spot is near "it's a small world". Projections are usually shown on the attraction building, and fewer Guests seem to be in the area. I usually arrive at least 30 minutes early to help ensure a good viewing spot.

Make sure to download the Disneyland mobile app before your visit! I use it constantly in the parks to make Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations, view wait times, and mobile order food. The mobile order feature is a big time saver! I place my orders at least a couple of hours before I want to eat to ensure my preferred time is available.

Jeanette, have a wonderful visit to Disneyland Resort! We hope to hear from you again!

    Wishing you a Wonderous Journey!
