We have been visiting Disney for 20 years and need to view the menu differently with old age issues. We need to find low salt and low fat options throughout the day. Is there a way to easily search the nutrition facts for the restaurant offerings?

    Hi Randy,

    Thank you for your question.

I think it is fantastic that you are taking the steps to be proactive with your health!

As you know, there are a number of options at all of the dining locations.  I prefer the less processed the better.  For special dining requests you can call 407 WDW DINE and advise them of your dietary needs and modifications can be made at most table service restaurants.
Here are some tips that I use all the time:
-choose real food (fruit/veg -no hotgogs)
-ask for sauces on the side (sauces usually have higher sugar/sodium)
    -watch portion sizes
-deli meat/cheese is higher in sodium
    -water always!

You can also contact specialdiets@disneyworld.com and ask for specifics for certain dining locations.

Thank you again for your question.  If you have any other questions, please let me know!

Congratulations again on being so proactive with your health!

    Carrie
