Hello! I am visiting Disney World with my 5 year-old daughter in Dec (from 22nd to Jan 3rd) and as I am aware that at this time of the year all parks are crowded, I would like some advise in which attractions / presentations I could focus. Thanks! :)

    Hello Tassia!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted to assist a fellow Brazilian!

The Holidays are the most magical time of the year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. The Christmas decorations are stunning, the spirit of the season is all around, and you can enjoy Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, and have the most wonderful time during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park. Please notice that for the party you need to purchase a separate ticket. You will love Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, and be surprised by snow falling on Main Street U.S.A.

I am also planning a visit for December, and my number one tip is to stay at a Disney Resort hotel. You will be able to enjoy benefits including Extra Magic Hours, and enter a theme park earlier each day or stay later in the evening. In addition, you will be able to make FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to check-in, and secure a special time to ride some of your favorite attractions. I recommend selecting Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Enchanted Tales with Belle, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Magic Kingdom Park, Frozen Ever After, Epcot Character Spot, and Spaceship Earth at Epcot, Kilimanjaro Safaris, TriceraTop Spin, and DINOSAUR at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Slinky Dog Dash, Star Tours – The Adventures Continue, and Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

I hope this helps you while planning! Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel in Portuguese next time so we may continue to assist you in our beautiful language.

    Best magical wishes,
