I am visiting Disney World for a week with my 5, 3, and 1 yr olds. Is a double stroller and umbrella stroller overkill? Or, would a double stroller with a glider board suffice? Also, would you recommend bringing our own strollers or renting? Thank you.

    Hi Jessica!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I have been in your shoes before with 3 children ages 5 and under at Walt Disney World. In the past we did bring a double stroller and an umbrella stroller. It was nice to have a place for all the little ones when their legs got tired. Sometimes it was hard, because both my husband and I had to push a stroller.

You can rent strollers at Walt Disney World Resort, but they don't recline. If that's important to you, then I suggest bringing your own. Sometimes my babies would take naps in their strollers, which was helpful when we couldn't make it back to the resort during the day. One benefit of renting a stroller, though, is not having to fold it on the Disney buses if you are using their complimentary transportation. I recommend using what your children are most comfortable with.
