Visiting Disney world 12/12 - 12/19 starying at allstar music. What is the best route and mode of trans. to resort hop? Want to hit as many resorts as possble ending at Animal King. lodge for dinner! Thanks!

    Hi Abby!

What a great plan ... resort hopping to see the many wonderful holiday decorations. I would suggest using Magic Kingdom as your hub, allowing you to spin around the Magic Kingdom resort hotels via the monorail, then taking a bus from the front of Magic Kingdom to the Epcot resorts. Around Crescent Lake, you can view Disney's BoardWalk and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club. After touring Epcot resorts, I would take a boat over to the front of Disney's Hollywood Studios to then transfer by bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

It depends how many hours you'd like to devote to resort hopping, as the above plan will take up a big chunk of your day. If you'd like to select one area of resorts before heading to AKL for dinner, I would recommend the Magic Kingdom area due to the ease and efficiency of the monorail.

Let me know if you have follow up questions. I'm happy to help.

Best wishes for a magical vacation!
