    we are visiting disney world on nov. 2018 - for my grandson first birthday - he loves muai!!!! any where we could meet him? or things involving moana and muai?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Or...since your grandson is such a big fan of Maui, I start with 'You're Welcome'! I am so excited to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation to help you celebrate your little prince's magical day. Be sure to pick up a birthday celebration button from any theme park Guest Relations location or Disney Resort hotel front desk so Cast Members and other Guests can join in the party!

    Unfortunately, Maui is still wayfinding across the ocean with Moana and Heihei and he does not currently have a scheduled Character Experience at Walt Disney World Resort. However, the Disney Imagineers are alway bringing new things to the theme parks for Guests to enjoy. So I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning your trip so you can get announcements about the new things you will be able to enjoy during your visit!

    Since your grandson loves Maui, I would recommend that you plan on visiting Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Be sure to visit Moana Mercantile for some fun Moana-themed merchandise that would make a great birthday present. Also, I would recommend that you plan on enjoying Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, where you can enjoy dancing, a fire-knife performer and a tasty meal influenced by Polynesian cultures!
