We will be visiting Disney World in May with our two sons, who will be nearly 3 years old and 8 months. Do you think we should do our table service meals for lunch and quick service for dinner? I am imagining a napless cranky 3-yr old by 7pm!

    Hi Rachel!

You are one smart Mamma!  My boys are 6, 8 and 12 and they still get cranky by dinnertime!  Lunch or breakfast reservations are the way to go and lunch "ressies" are often easier to obtain than dinner ones.  The good news is that if your three year old prince acts less than royal at one of the meals, no one will notice but you!  You are in Walt Disney World after all and you will be surrounded by other families in the same boat as you.

If you are looking for a fun Quick Service Meal for dinner, we love Cosmic Ray's Cafe in the Magic Kingdom.  Sunny Eclipse the lounge lizard performs 24 hours a day and if you can get one, a spot in the front of the restaurant is ideal.  Feel free to let your son dance along to the music - we do it all the time!

Have a wonderful vacation and keep those questions coming!
