Hiya Katy!
Welcome to planDisney! Can you imagine that in just a few months you will be crossing over the Atlantic Ocean and hanging out with my friend Mickey Mouse? Do you have your bags packed yet? Is the excitement building? I'm glad you are here so we can help with your planning!
Guests from the UK have only two options for purchasing tickets while in the UK. The
7-Day and 14-Day Magic Tickets are a great deal and if you purchase the 7-day option it will cost an average of £75 to £84 per day. (Prices are subject to change) What I love about these Magic Tickets is that they include the Park Hopper option,
Memory Maker, and access to a Water Park and miniature golf. If you want to wait till you arrive in the United States you can purchase tickets that can be of any day count up to 10 days. However, the price per night will be more for the same kind of ticket and it will not include Memory Maker. That's an additional cost you would have to add to your ticket. Since the standard tickets for US guests are date-based, no
theme park reservations are needed so purchasing them last minute will be fine but you will have to determine if the cost is worth it. Frankly, purchasing your 7-day Magic Ticket and using it for 5 to 6 days does not seem like a bad idea. You have flexibility with Park Hopper which lets you visit more than one Park in a day and the chance to enjoy a Water Park. When you arrive in April,
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is set to be open which is a planDisney panelist favorite!
I do hope that you spend time at EPCOT to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. It's my favorite festival of the year and so beautiful! The food is delicious and the topiaries are a sight to see!
I hope you have a wonderful time and if you have any more questions please feel free to
let me know!Happy Planning!
