    We are visiting Disney World for the first time with our family of four and my parents in October and didn't realize you can book dining so early in the year. Is there a waiting list for dining or do you have suggestions for character dining?

    Hi Cristi!

    Thanks for your question. Your trip to Walt Disney World will be here before you know it. Be sure to schedule your Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as possible. Although there is not a waiting list, my advice would be to book online or by calling (407) 939-5277. If you have trouble getting the reservations you want, do not give up. Because Guests plans are always changing, something may open up at the places you would like.

    My family loves Character Dining, too, and we have a couple of favorites. Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of them. Not only is it fun to dine with Mickey and Friends, the food is delicious! The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom is another place that is top on our list when we visit. We love to start our day off there with Winnie the Pooh and Friends!
