Hi Allison!
Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I have lots of experience leaving and reentering the theme parks with my three little ones, so I'm happy to help answer this question. My family's general game plan is to visit our theme park of choice early in the morning, head back to our Resort hotel for an afternoon break and then reenter the theme park for some evening fun. I'm happy to tell you that you will not experience any problems doing this, regardless of whether you are staying on-property or off-property.
The
purchase of a basic theme park admission ticket allows you to enter a theme park, leave and reenter that same theme park with no additional charge. If you select the Park Hopper Option, you will be able to leave and reenter any of the four theme parks, as many times as you wish. For example, with a basic theme park admission ticket, you can visit
Magic Kingdom Park in the morning, leave for an afternoon break and reenter Magic Kingdom Park later that day with no problem. If you would like to visit Magic Kingdom Park in the morning and visit
Epcot later in the day, you would need to have the Park Hopper Option.
I hope this answers your question, Allison. Please let me know if I can help answer any other questions about your upcoming vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort.
Wishing you many magical memories!
Erin
