Hi Eulalia, and welcome to planDisney!
What a super time to visit
Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll be in the magic during Super Bowl weekend! Whether you’re cheering for your hometown heroes or just excited for the halftime show (and the commercials), you’ll definitely be able to catch all the action while you’re here.
Guests in the past have reported that they’ve been able to watch the big game from their
Disney Resort hotel room televisions, so if you’d like a cozy night in, that could be a great option. Just keep in mind that offerings are always subject to change, so I’d recommend confirming with the Front Desk once you arrive. Either way, nothing says “magical watch party” like Mickey-shaped snacks from your resort’s quick-service location.
If you’d prefer a more “crowd goes wild” kind of vibe,
Disney Springs is the place to be! Many dining locations show major sporting events, with
City Works Eatery & Pour House being a fan favorite for its wall-to-wall screens and a menu that’s perfect for game day.
Splitsville Luxury Lanes also has TVs in nearly every corner, so you can catch every touchdown between bites of sushi and sliders.
And speaking of Disney Springs, I got to experience the big game myself there last year at
House of Blues. They set up a giant screen, and the atmosphere was electric! Everyone was cheering and celebrating together. It honestly felt like a halftime show all on its own!
Wherever you decide to watch, you’ll find that Walt Disney World Resort makes game day feel like a win, whether you go for a laid-back viewing in your room or a high-energy watch party at Disney Springs.
I hope this helps you plan the perfect “rest day” touchdown, Eulalia! And remember, at Disney, every day is a
super day. ~Emille
