We are visiting Disney World before our cruise, is there anyway to make sure the Magical Express to the cruise terminal picks us up early so we can get on the boat as soon as they start boarding?

    Ahoy Veronica!
Combining a Walt Disney World stay and Disney Cruise is a wonderful way to experience the magic and wonder on both land and sea!  I'm sure it will be a vacation filled with lots of pixie dust!
Since you are utilizing Disney Cruise Line's transportation to the port, you won't know your departure time until the day before your cruise vacation.  A letter or voicemail will be left in your resort room with specific details for your luggage and your pick-up time and location.  Unfortunately this can vary from cruise to cruise depending on where Guests are staying pre-cruise.  10:00am-12:00pm is the normal window though.  The ride over to the port is about hour or so depending on traffic so you will be there in no time at and all and will enjoy the comfortable, cool, and entertaining ride!
I'm sorry I didn't have a specific answer for you, Veronica!  If you have more questions, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
