    I will be visiting Disney 7/1-7/8 with my wife and 7 year old son. We are interested in the Fantasmic dining plan. I see that the July schedule has not been released. When do you suggest we make reservations?

    Hi Michael,

    Disney has recently transitioned to a current month plus three system for releasing the park hours.  This can make things a little tough for those of us that like to plan ahead!  So based on this system, we should expect to see the July hours released in April.

    I would suggest checking on April 1st to see if they have been released, and if so plan out your days so you're ready to call as soon as the 90-day window opens for your first reservation (if it is on July 1, 2009 your day to call and book will be April 2, 2009).  If for some reason the schedule has not been released by April 1, 2009 I would still call dining on April 2, 2009 let them know you want the Fantasmic! dinner package and they just might have the dates loaded in their system for bookings.

    This is an extremely popular time of year to travel to Walt Disney World, so I would not delay in making your dining reservations.
